Millerbernd is a trusted resource for Department of Transportation (DOT) traffic and signal lighting poles built to the exact specifications of individual states and municipalities. Poles can be supplied with a galvanized finish, paint over galvanized finish, or a factory finish paint coat in a decorative urban application.  Decorative signal poles are available with round, octagonal, sixteen sided or fluted shafts & mast-arms.  

StressCrete produces a centrifugally cast reinforced concrete pole, commonly referred to as a "spun pole". It combines elegance with durability and surpasses most other materials in the marketplace. It meets ASTM and CSA standards for spun concrete poles, as well as our own more demanding specifications. It provides a higher density and stronger concrete, while at the same time forming a hollow raceway inside the pole, thereby providing a smooth conduit for electrical cables.  

 Baldwin Pole works with Baldwin Lighting Inc. to produce pre-stressed concrete utility, sports lighting, area lighting, and DOT poles.  Baldwin Pole maintains a strict quality control program to ensure that we meet or exceed ANSI and AWPA standards.  

Baldwin Lighting can produce 22 pre-stressed concrete poles a day ranging in length from 15 to 110 feet.
